You want to create accessible PDF documents with less effort? With basic knowledge, you can achieve this from within InDesign using MadeToTag – without manual rework in the PDF!
In this German hands-on workshop, which will be organised together with Klaas Posselt from einmanncombo, participants will learn how to create accessible PDF documents with Adobe InDesign. You will find out what an accessible PDF is and what requirements such documents have to fulfill. With this knowledge and using best practice examples, you will learn about strategies for efficiently creating PDF/UA-compliant documents and forms with Adobe InDesign and MadeToTag. In addition, solutions for classic problems will be presented.

- Strategies and targeted procedures for implementing accessible document production
- Possibilities & limitations of Adobe InDesign
- Finding solutions for problems in everyday work
- Reliably preparation of documents for output - master difficult content: tables, footnotes, tables of contents & insufficiently prepared documents
- Strategies for creating & maintaining accessible PDF forms
- Checking of accessible PDFs for compliance with the PDF/UA standard

- Bring your own computer with at least Adobe InDesign CS6
- Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign
- Workshop language: German
