MadeToPrint & MadeForLayers support Adobe InDesign 2025

Berlin/Germany – November 12, 2024 – axaio software, developer of solutions for PDF output, print and editorial workflows for the publishing and print market as well as for creation of accessible PDF documents, announces the compatibility of MadeToPrint (v3.5.357) and MadeForLayers (v1.5.057) with Adobe's latest InDesign version 2025 (v20.0).

MadeToPrint is the intelligent solution for automating print output processes from Adobe InDesign (among others). By standardizing repetitive print and export settings and combining complex output steps, consistent output results can be guaranteed. Individual proof profiles are used to increase the output reliability of the PDF (and many other formats) and to reduce valuable production time. Besides InDesign 2025 the current MadeToPrint version 3.5.357 also supports older InDesign versions and additionally contains key bug fixes:

• Fixed a bug where Auto mode crashed when started a second time
• Fixed a bug where InDesign crashed when processing a document from Enfocus Switch
• Fixed file naming when creating single pages from book

NOTE: The Server version of MadeToPrint will be made available immediately once Adobe has released its InDesign Server for 2025.

MadeForLayers as a plug-in for Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, simplifies the editing of documents that contain a large number of layers. Multiple layers are combined into layer views to display document versions, such as a technical or language-specific version, with a single click. Errors are minimized and valuable layout time is saved by reusing previously created layer views. MadeForLayers is included as an integrated functionality in MadeToPrint by default, for an automated output of layer views to various export formats.

All customers are recommended to download and install the new versions for their respective InDesign version.
