Direct activation of MadeToCompare in vjoon K4

Berlin – July 17, 2014 - axaio software, developer of solutions for PDF creation, printing and content correction workflows for the publishing and printing markets announces the availability of MadeToCompare version 1.3. This update includes a completely redesigned interface for the cross-media publishing platform vjoon K4, which enables vjoon K4 users to run axaio MadeToCompare directly from within the editorial system.

axaio MadeToCompare is a plug-in offering publishers, copywriters, agencies and other companies working with Adobe InCopy the ideal solution for change and version management. When creating annual reports MadeToCompare also proofs to be a very safe tool as even the smallest differences are detected by the software. The tool locates and lists all differences between two InCopy document versions accurately and clearly. This way, text sections or individual words or numbers can quickly be found and easily be edited and corrected.

The connection of MadeToCompare to vjoon K4 has been around for many years, but to date running the software was only possible by manually opening two vjoon K4 article versions. The new direct integration of axaio MadeToCompare into vjoon K4 is a result of the long partnership between axaio software and vjoon. In coordination with vjoon, their common integration partner SNAP from Hamburg and their MadeToCompare K4 customers, axaio software created a very user-friendly and easy to handle interface. Users have now the possibility to choose MadeToCompare directly from within vjoon K4 (as of version 6.7 R2) bypassing the manual and thus time-consuming procedure. To use this MadeToCompare version an according licence is required from vjoon.

MadeToCompare version 1.3 is immediately available. A single user licence for Adobe InCopy costs 990 Euro (excl. VAT). A trial version is available via the axaio software website. Existing and new customers can obtain a license for the vjoon K4 integration with MadeToCompare from their vjoon K4 integrator, but of course customers can still opt for the the MadeToCompare version without integration.
