MadeToPrint Server combines the performance and stability of an InDesign Server with the clever output options of MadeToPrint, offering a secure standard solution that no longer requires a desktop version of InDesign CS3/CS4/CS5 to organize output processes. MadeToPrint Server represents a quantum leap in terms of throughput and reliability, particularly in environments where large quantities of data have to be funnelled centrally through InDesign based production.

InDesign Server + MadeToPrint = MadeToPrint Server

The MadeToPrint product bundle comprises Adobe InDesign Server and the corresponding MadeToPrint Plug-Ins. The package also includes a program that contains a graphical interface for configuring and using MadeToPrint Server. The name of this application is MadeToPrint AIR, and it is based on Adobe’s AIR and Flex technologies. MadeToPrint AIR gives InDesign Server a face and, thanks to its clear, user-friendly design, allows users to counteract the restrictions associated with command line control. The AIR application can also be used to control MadeToPrint remotely – the application and client can be installed and executed separately.

MadeToPrint Server can be integrated with vjoon K4 and Woodwing Smart Connection Enterprise for fully automated output right from the editorial system, configurators for Enfocus FullSWITCH and PowerSWITCH are also available.
